Urban development in a Stockholm suburban area with the goal to add new housing and to promote safety and urban life along the surrounding streets and park spaces. It´s achieved through high entrance density and well-designed ground floors facing both the street and the park. Developed in a planning process with the neighbouring project, our client and the Stockholm municipality.
