The site currently hosts a parking garage and utility buildings, including a waste suction terminal, all of which have reached the end of their technical lifespan. As part of the development of a new urban plan for the area, the housing was designed with a diverse range of apartment sizes and the capability to be constructed using volumetric CLT modules. The street-facing façade features slate cladding, while the courtyard side is adorned with a wooden façade and entrance balconies.
