The site currently hosts a parking garage and utility buildings, including a waste suction terminal, all of which have reached the end of their technical lifespan. As part of the development of a new urban plan for the area, we also designed a new Mobility House and a Waste Suction Station, both featuring glulam and CLT structures with wooden façades. The street-facing façade of the Mobility House incorporates spaces for a bike-sharing service and a cargo bike-sharing pool.
