The proximity to the adjacent allotment garden area, Lake Drevviken, and nearby natural landscapes inspired the design of homes suited for residents with active lifestyles. Generous balconies were incorporated to provide opportunities for personal gardening. Four of the buildings are terraced against the rear courtyard, and the stepped volumes help minimize the height facing the water while creating attractive rooftop terraces. The generous balconies and the diagonal pillars supporting them define the visual identity of the buildings and give them a distinctive character. The primary building volume features a simple design with a calm and repetitive window pattern. The balcony structures are made of diagonally positioned glulam beams, integrated into the façade through a continuous "façade band" that extends across the balconies, seamlessly incorporating them into the building's overall volume.
